About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple business programs and cross‑functional initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring programs are delivered effectively, aligned with organizational objectives, and generate measurable business value.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and program delivery expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving continuous improvement in dynamic business environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of multiple programs and strategic initiatives.
- Develop program roadmaps, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage interdependencies across projects and business functions.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain effective program governance frameworks and reporting structures.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
- Drive business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation activities.
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Mentor project managers and contribute to the development of program management best practices.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Extensive experience managing large‑scale programs and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and organizational awareness.
- Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, project management, operations, or business transformation roles.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex cross‑functional programs.
- Experience managing budgets, governance frameworks, and organizational change initiatives.
- Familiarity with project and program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, , or similar platforms.
- Experience with in regional or multinational business environments is advantageous.
