opportunitysupporting our Portfolio Management Operations. The role willbe responsible for leading various levels of project management and analystprofessionals across the organization, to include career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and conducting performance and salary reviews. Here, you will be instrumental in helping toestablishthe foundational processes weseektoleveragein driving greaterconsistency,quality and developing a strong financial acumen in our project and program management practice.

    - Lead and support the evolution and maturity of the PMO practices to bring our vision to fruition, recognizing when adjustments need to be made along the journey.

    Ensure roles and responsibilities, standards, and processes and in alignment with the PMO’s organizational expectations and encourage employee growth and leadership development. Foster a culture of collaboration, execution, and ownership with an outcome driven mindset.
  • Relationship Management & Partnering
    - Partner closely with sponsors, stakeholders and the PMO team to align, collaborate, and continuously improve. Build andmaintainongoing trusted relationships through proactive communication and feedback. Navigate the IT organizational structure to gain insight and a better understanding of area needs and challenges.
  • Financial Management
    -Proven ability to lead budgeting and forecasting activities with strong financial acumen, ensuring accuracy, analyzing trends, and delivering data-driven insights to mitigate risk andoptimizeresource allocation in alignment with organizational goals.
