You bring over ten years of progressive experience in commercial leadership and a successful track record in P&L management. This role will have you leading a team while guiding national strategies to enhance market presence and profitability across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual sales plans and growth initiatives

• Ensure full P&L performance with revenue goals

• Foster alignment and develop an internal team

• Collaborate with external partners and distributors

• Guide marketing initiatives aligning with local needs

Requirements:

• 10+ years in commercial leadership or general management

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred

• Experience in consumer packaged goods sectors

• Proven success in team leadership and managing agencies

• Bilingualism is a plus
