Director, Enrollment Operations - Hybrid​/Remote

Salary: $110,000 - $117,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Senior Associate Vice President, the Director of Enrollment Operations is responsible for the administration of RFU's enrollment operations, software/data information systems (Technolutions Slate and Ellucian Colleague), and communications management. The director who will be an innovative, thoughtful, and results-oriented leader will oversee the development and management of processes for the Office of Admissions and Enrollment, including application workflows, document processing (physical and electronic), data collection and transferring, Technolutions Slate CRM leadership, and maintenance for the office's technological resources.

The Director will also support and advance the office's commitment to customer service, brand promise, personalization, partnerships, and pipeline development. The Director is a key member of the admissions and enrollment team, serving as a senior leader.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Lead five-member admissions operations and technology team.

* Serve as RFU's Slate Captain and lead all aspects of Technolutions Slate CRM system, including documentation, data management, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.

* Advise Sr AVP on best practices in the design of the tools, people systems, and processes that will support enrollment strategies with a focus on operational efficiency, continuous assessment and improvement, and optimizing the impact of resources.

* Lead the process of scoping, prioritizing, and executing all projects related to admissions technology.
