Salary Range: $68,000.00 to $76,000.00 annually
GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEWThe Workplace Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the U.S. headquarters and remote offices. This role oversees facilities management, workplace services, and administrative processes, creating a productive, safe, and well‑organized work environment that supports employees and business objectives. This position combines elements of office management, facilities coordination, and operational administration, requiring a proactive leader who can manage multiple priorities across locations.
ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS / DUTIES
- Administrative Operations
. Develop, implement, and improve administrative processes and systems for U.S. headquarters, customer support center, and remote sales offices. Manage office budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs. Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment and services. - Facilities & Workplace Management
. Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with building management, external vendors, and service providers across all nine North America locations. Plan and execute office moves, expansions, and space optimization initiatives. Maintain workplace standards, ensuring a clean, safe and functional environment. - Employee Experience
. Create a positive and engaging workplace environment that enhances employee productivity. Lead workplace initiatives, events, and programs that support company culture. Address employee requests and concerns related to the workplace. - Risk & Compliance
. Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and emergency preparedness plans. Manage incident reporting and resolution related to facilities or administration. Support audits and compliance reviews as needed. - Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities management
- Work performed in an office environment where the noise level is moderate. Regularly required to stand, sit, and walk around the office. Frequently required to work on a computer. Occasionally required to use force to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds.
