Fleet Supervisor, WM Healthcare Solutions (Remote in FL, Gulf Shores or South Atlantic)

Remote position with up to 25% travel required. Qualified candidates must reside near a major airport within Florida, Gulf Shores, or the South Atlantic area. Responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair services for the WMHS fleet, ensuring high‑quality, timely, in‑budget, and in‑scope service delivery across a diverse range of fleet assets. The incumbent prioritizes work, manages workflow, assigns tasks, and supports vendor and fleet technician performance evaluation processes.

• Oversees the day‑to‑day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.
• Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.
• Performs mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
• Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
• Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
• Creates and submits reports as necessary.

Required Qualifications
:

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 4 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements)
• Valid Driver's License
• Must live and work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications
:

• Prior experience coordinating maintenance and repair for fleet, including invoicing and asset tracking.

• The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $65,900 - $96,600. The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. This position is also eligible for incentive pay.
