Remote Partner Relations Manager at Foundant

This role entails managing the relationships with partners centered on Foundant’s software solutions, such as Community Suite and Giving Data. You’ll ensure partners are well-equipped to serve clients and generate new business opportunities. This innovative and flexible role empowers you to foster collaborative relationships that contribute to meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with prospective and active partners

• Design tailored training plans for partner teams

• Equip partners with tools for effective client representation

• Facilitate onboarding of independent contractors

• Monitor partner satisfaction and performance metrics

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in partner or relationship management

• Experience in philanthropy or community foundation sectors

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Capable of operating independently in complex situations

• Proven ability in tracking performance and reporting
