Driveline is looking for a Regional Director to oversee high-velocity retail field operations across the Western & Intermountain West market areas, managing a team of full-time managers and hourly associates, across 15 states and 3,500+ retail locations. This position supports all clients, vendors and retailers within the market. A customer-first focus approach to managing the business is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management
:
Direct 20 District Managers and over 1,200 hourly merchandising associates - Retail Execution
:
Lead category resets, store audits, new item introductions, and promotions across all client locations - Performance Coaching
:
Train district teams to meet execution goals and stay on budget - Client Relations
:
Build strong partnerships with major retailers and brands. A customer-first focus is a must.
- Experience
: 7+ years of direct team management experience, retail industry strongly preferred - Education
:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Comparable hands‑on experience considered. - Travel
:
Regular and consistent regional travel required - Skills
:
Tech savvy, strong technology skills, self‑motivation for remote work, and a high sense of urgency for a fast‑paced environment
