Lead Quoting Team

Position: Lead Quoting Team at VC3
Location: Fort Providence

Drive client solutions as the Proposal and Quoting Team Lead with VC3, a remote position in Canada. You'll lead the team to meet quoting requests while ensuring high client satisfaction levels.

In this full-time role, you will oversee the Client Solutions team, managing quoting processes and providing strategic direction. Your leadership will include training team members and tracking progress to meet objectives while addressing clients' challenges. VC3 values trust and excellence, and your role is critical to delivering these values consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quoting processes and standards

• Manage quoting queue and ensure service level objectives are met

• Track team scheduling and utilization for profitability

• Conduct employee reviews and promote continuous improvement

• Communicate with clients to meet expectations effectively

Requirements:

• 5+ years technical experience in IT

• 5+ years in management or leadership roles

• Knowledge of ITIL standards and service delivery

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Background in business analysis and financial concepts
