As a Senior Operations Manager at The Embody Lab, you will lead essential operations and oversee system processes, supporting a rich educational community. Your expertise will guide program delivery and ensure adherence to compliance regulations, enabling the organization to thrive. You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with various departments for operational cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee program management and live event delivery

• Manage finance, including budgeting, contracts, and payroll

• Ensure accreditation compliance for continuing education

• Optimize operating processes and performance metrics

• Facilitate contractor management and conflict resolution

Requirements:

• Over 8 years in operations management roles

• Familiarity with continuing education and adult learning

• Financial management and P&L experience

• Proven ability to manage remote contractor teams

• Candidate must reside in Canada for effective collaboration
