Position: Senior People & Culture Manager at WorkSafeBC
Elevate organizational effectiveness as a Senior Manager of People & Culture arhead strategic initiatives and drive workforce planning in a hybrid work setting primarily in Richmond.

This leadership role will have you accountable for developing and executing comprehensive People & Culture strategies in alignment with organizational goals. You will lead a team, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape actionable people-centered solutions and ensure high-impact outcomes. The role allows for a blend of remote work and office engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic People & Culture development in alignment with business goals

• Integrate people priorities into departmental planning

• Manage service delivery for People & Culture Partnerships

• Direct complex workforce issues and organizational change

• Cultivate strong union relationships and collaborative solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field

• At least 7 years of leadership experience in HR

• Comprehensive knowledge of people management functions

• Experience in regulated, unionized environments

• Skills in building trust and effective communication
