Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tenant Improvement Manager located in Virginia Beach, VA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Tenant Improvement Manager will oversee tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring budget adherence, timeline efficiency, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with tenants, contractors, and internal teams, managing project schedules, and monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role also involves cost estimation, progress reporting, and problem resolution to ensure successful project execution while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and oversight of tenant improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with tenants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in real estate development or property management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management and construction software tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.
