Solids Control Field Leader - Remote

Lead high-performing solids control operations with Stage 3 Separation in a remote Canada role. Oversee and mentor a team of technicians to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.

As the Solids Control Field Leader, you will guide field teams through hands-on supervision and performance management. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining safety and productivity while ensuring compliance with HSE standards and company protocols. Collaborate with operational teams to provide high-quality service and drive cost-effective performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Solids Control field teams through effective supervision

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety and reliability

• Collaborate closely with Technicians and Field Leaders

• Maintain accountability for all job site activities

• Report insights and updates to the Area Manager

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Solids Control Field operations

• 1+ year in supervising field staff

• Experience in rig-up and rig-down procedures

• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
