Position Overview

Chief Operating Officer (COO) responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions. Reports directly to the CEO and ensures efficient execution of strategy, operational scalability, and high‑performance culture across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership & Management
    • Oversee Daily Operations:
      Direct and control all day‑to‑day activities across critical departments such as Operations, HR, IT, and core business functions.
    • Process Optimization:
      Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
    • Risk Management:

      Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance, business continuity, and organizational stability.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Strategy Implementation:
      Translate CEO’s long‑term vision and strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
    • Performance Monitoring:
      Establish, track, and analyze KPIs and metrics, report performance insights to the CEO, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Growth & Scalability:
      Lead initiatives that build necessary infrastructure, technology, and organizational structures to support sustainable company growth.
  • Financial & Resource Stewardship
    • Budget Oversight:
      Collaborate with CFO to manage operating budget, control expenses, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profit margins.
    • Resource Allocation:
      Manage and allocate internal resources (personnel, technology, and capital) to support strategic projects and operations.
  • Talent & Culture Development
    • Leadership Mentorship:
      Mentor and guide department heads and senior leaders, fostering accountability and continuous professional development.
    • Culture Champion:
      Act as champion for core values, ensuring high performance and employee engagement and retention.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience – Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience with proven track record in scaling operations and managing complex cross‑departmental functions.
  • Operational Expertise – Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency, implement process improvements, and manage large teams.
  • Process Knowledge – Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and strategic planning frameworks.
  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
  • Certifications (beneficial) – Executive Leadership, Strategic Management or Process Improvement certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt).
