Job Description
Soar Autism Center is an innovative healthcare provider at the front lines of the autism market, one of the largest growth markets in healthcare services today.
Soar is building a network of clinics where autistic children and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We are building a premium service for families with differentiated quality/experience in our clinics, advancing the standard of care in autism and capturing share in a rapidly growing market.
Specifically, we provide comprehensive, evidence-based services to children 6 and under with autism. Our care model is focused on a “one-stop shop” integrated autism center, and play-based models of behavior therapy based on the Early Start Denver Model. We craft individual therapy plans in deep coordination with families, setting goals that are ambitious and focusing on building skills that enable children to grow into their fullest selves.
We provide care in a state-of-the-art, autistic-friendly facility, with the goal that a child’s time at the center mirrors an early childhood learning experience. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family.
After quickly reaching capacity in 2021, Soar has since grown across the Denver and Phoenix markets to a total of ~30 centers. With exciting growth plans for 2026, we're looking to hire a Project Manager to support efforts in the Growth and Development team. Join us as we strive to advance the standard of clinical excellence in autism therapy today!
