Job Overview

Lead and grow a high‑performing Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team for a large client in Manhattan. Work directly with S&P leadership, account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.

• Achieve financial and compliance results by overseeing the annual sourcing plan development for both IFM and PDS, actively managing the plan with the business, and executing against it.
• Identify risks and opportunities for clients and stakeholders, recommending strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
• Own sourcing compliance and controls, sharing opportunities for improvement with appropriate functional leaders.
• Leverage all sourcing technology tools across the account, partnering closely with operations to support standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes.
• Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, results‑based methods for savings, monitoring supplier performance, sourcing effectiveness, and communicate these results to the business.
• Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top S&P talent; support career development through mentoring and visible leadership.
• Manage and coach teams on performance, progress, and developmental goals, including actionable career development plans.
• Participate in talent supply/demand by networking, mentoring, and sharing internal and external candidates.
• Develop and lead complex short‑term and long‑term sourcing strategies, manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best‑in‑class performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Account Director, FM Lead, Operations Lead, Finance Director, Corporate Legal, Risk Management) to ensure contractual compliance.
• Continuously manage and assess suppliers through the established supplier performance management program.

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services.
• Experience with people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• E‑procurement experience.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%).
• Ability to work remotely (home office) and on-site at client locations.

• MBA, CPM, CPSM, CPSD certification.
• Working knowledge of Jaggaer.
