Role Description

Sansei Gardens Inc., a leading Bay Area landscape construction company, is growing. We have over 40 years of experience and strong relationships with the Bay Area’s largest home builders and general contractors. Sansei Gardens is seeking a skilled Project Manager who will work closely with company leadership and field teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to our clients’ satisfaction.

• Manage all phases of commercial landscape construction projects, from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisors on project setup, pre‑construction meetings, scheduling, and on‑site needs.
• Oversee materials procurement, including purchasing from vendors and tracking deliveries.
• Prepare and manage project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful completion.

• Project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Able to read, understand and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques relevant to landscaping projects.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Self‑directed with a high level of initiative.
• Able to work successfully within a team and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Committed to showing professionalism and an eagerness to obtain more skills and responsibilities.

$85,000 - $110,000
