We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Service Delivery Manager to join our South Region team in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Service Delivery Manager is a full people manager role with direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and holding a team accountable for results that drive girl membership growth and volunteer engagement across Greater Cincinnati. We are seeking a proven people leader with prior experience directly managing staff, driving performance, using data to inform team decisions, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
The Service Delivery Manager leads a team of approximately 4 staff members and oversees service delivery in up to 10 communities within an assigned Cincinnati‑area territory. This role is central to our membership and volunteer strategy and plays a key leadership role in advancing our mission. This position requires comfort being present in the community, including evening and weekend events and the ability to regularly travel throughout all assigned territories.
Assigned Territories:
Cincinnati Central (Downton Cincinnati, Finneytown, Pleasant Ridge, Reading), Cincinnati West (Westwood, Cheviot, Price Hill, Harrison, Colerain) and Cincinnati North (Mason, Blue Ash, Indian Hill, Sharonville and Evendale). - Directly manage and lead a team of Recruitment Specialists and Volunteer Experience Specialists, providing clear direction, regular coaching, and accountability for results.
- Own people management responsibilities, including goal setting, performance feedback, annual evaluations, coaching plans, and corrective action when needed.
- Drive membership recruitment and retention outcomes by preparing your team to plan, execute, and track community‑specific strategies aligned with council goals.
- Use metrics, data, and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to ensure productivity targets are consistently met.
- Develop and lead a community engagement strategy across assigned service units, schools, and community partners to expand Girl Scout visibility and participation.
- Model and lead strong collaboration with schools, community organizations, and cross‑functional internal teams.
- Provide leadership support for council‑wide initiatives such as product programs, program delivery efforts, and strategic projects.
- Support volunteers through guidance, conflict resolution, communication, and recognition to ensure a high‑quality Girl Scout experience.

This position has direct supervisor responsibility, managing a team of up to 6 staff.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis is a full‑time position. The days of work are primarily Monday through Friday, but evening work is frequent and occasional weekend work may be required. Hours of work will vary, depending on support required by service units and time of year. Work schedules are flexible but will be approximately 40–45 hours per week.
