FTI-Andersch is the leading consulting firm in the turnaround sector in Germany and part of the international FTI Consulting Group. We specialize in the sustainable resolution of the most difficult company situations and the implementation of complex transformation processes. We advise companies on fundamental analyses and far-reaching decisions in the strategic, operational, and financial areas and ensure their consistent implementation.

• Project responsibility for turnaround programs, restructuring concepts, implementation of measures, and plausibility checks of integrated company plans as well as short-term liquidity calculations
• Coordination and organization of the project flow, leadership of the project team, professional support of the project members as well as training and coaching of our (senior) consultants
• Taking over and responsibility for internal topics (product and business development)
• Support in the representation of FTI-Andersch

• Several years of professional experience in turnaround consulting or adjacent consulting fields
• Ideally relevant additional qualifications such as WP, CFA, LL.M., MBA or PhD
• Very good academic qualification in the field of business administration, business engineering, business informatics or law
• Proven English skills with foreign experience
• High analytical thinking, confident demeanor and excellent communication skills as well as team spirit
