Executive Commercial Director

Position: Executive Commercial Director Hybrid Role
Join a globally recognized consumer products organization as a Commercial Director in Toronto. This hybrid executive role emphasizes strategic leadership and market accountability.

You’ll develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Canadian market, owning full P&L responsibility.

Your role will encompass leading a dedicated team, collaborating with senior leadership, and executing marketing initiatives that resonate with consumer needs. You’ll also focus on identifying new opportunities while managing external partnerships to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute annual sales and growth plans

• Oversee full P&L performance and targets

Requirements:

• 10+ years in relevant commercial leadership roles

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred

• Strong track record in P&L management
