Job Description

The College Assessments Coordinator provides program management and operational support to the CCMR Director for the district-wide delivery of college assessment services, including TSIA2, SAT, ACT, PSAT, and Accuplacer. Reporting to the Director of CCMR and working closely with our Assessment, the College Assessments Coordinator owns the district college testing calendar, vendor system administration, score data flow, accommodations coordination, and campus-facing logistics - partnering with 46+ Premier High School campuses and other Responsive Ed brands to ensure every testing window is delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with TSIA2/THECB and TEA accountability requirements.

Duties

and Responsibilities Assessment calendar and logistics
  • Maintain a college assessment calendar including dates for TSIA2, SAT, ACT, PSAT, AP, and ASVAB windows.
  • Coordinate campus-level testing windows, including registration deadlines, materials shipping, and pre-test communications.
  • Track campus readiness for each window: room reservations, devices, proctor training, accommodations on file, pre-assessment activity (PAA) completion.
  • Provide reminders, checklists, and templates to campuses ahead of every testing window.
  • Serve as the district administrator for Accuplacer, including campus account management, user permissions, voucher distribution, and session setup.
  • Troubleshoot Accuplacer and College Board login, session, and scoring issues raised by campuses; elevate to College Board support as needed.
  • Ensure pre-assessment activities (PAA) are configured and administered correctly.
  • Maintain Accuplacer documentation for campuses and update it whenever vendor processes change.
Score data and reporting
  • Pull, validate, and distribute TSIA2, SAT, ACT, and PSAT score data on the district side after each testing window.
  • Import raw test score data into Skyward.
  • Support campuses in pulling their own individual score reports the day of testing, including just-in-time help during testing windows.
Test prep coordination
  • Coordinate district-supplied test prep activities, including Accuplacer practice resources, SAT/ACT prep materials, and any partnership-based prep offerings.
  • Maintain a clean inventory of prep resources available to campuses and route them based on student need (e.g., Within-10-Points retest candidates).
  • Track prep utilization data and report it to the Director of CCMR in monthly reviews.
Accommodations support
  • Partner with campus counselors and registrars to ensure accommodations are loaded into Accuplacer, College Board, and ACT systems before each testing window.
  • Track accommodation requests in progress and elevate delays to the Director of CCMR.
