• Practical training for employees
• Instructing and training employees on important new developments
• Supporting employees in all matters (e.g., vacation planning, hybrid working, etc.)

• Supporting employees during bottlenecks and arranging group representation in the absence of staff

• Completed training as a commercial insurance and financial services professional or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in composite claims settlement
• In-depth knowledge of at least property and/or technical insurance
• Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, even under pressure
• Willingness to participate in change processes and take on responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, decision-making ability, and organizational talent
