Someone who believes that great results come from strong leaders, engaged teams, and an environment based on trust, collaboration, and responsibility.

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will take responsibility for a part of the LEGO Model Production organization and work closely with other members of the leadership team to further develop it. Your key role will be to lead and develop the Operations/Shift Leader and Team Leader teams, support their growth, and help create an environment where people and teams can deliver their best performance.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Together with teams, ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations that deliver on time and at the highest quality.
  • Collaborate across the company on capacity, resource, and priority planning.
  • Share results, set direction, and promote open communication across shifts and functions.
  • Bring ideas for improvement, digitalization, and simplification to life.
  • Participate in building a performance culture based on collaboration, trust, and responsibility.
  • Lead projects and changes that take safety, quality, and productivity to the next level.

Be Part Of The Team

LEGO Model Production manufactures unique 3D marketing models and other specialized products for LEGO Group customers worldwide. You will be part of an environment where creativity, technology, and cutting-edge operations come together.

Are you the right person for this role?

Maybe you are if:

  • You have experience from a manufacturing or operational environment (ideally international).
  • You enjoy leading people, developing leaders, and building strong teams.
  • You can work with KPIs, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
  • You have experience in leading change and collaborating across the organization.
  • You are fluent in Czech, English, and work with MS Office (SAP is a plus).
  • You think analytically, make decisions based on data, and see things through to the end.

Benefits For You

  • Work environment – we aim to create a pleasant work environment for all our employees.
