Ed-Tech Project Manager

• Manage the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of a virtual learning platform, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students.
• Oversee the delivery of multiple training programs, coordinating resources, instructors, and support functions to maintain operational excellence.
• Develop and execute strategies for international growth, including multilingual content expansion and broader market accessibility.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance across remote environments.
• Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through process optimization and innovative initiatives.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Proven experience in Project Management, Product Management, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role within EdTech, e‑learning, SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience building, managing, and scaling remote or distributed teams.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to long‑term growth initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to take ownership of operational and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
