As a Transition Manager, you will bring over 10 years of relevant experience to oversee client lease administration projects. You'll manage everything from data migration to quality control while fostering strong client and vendor relationships. Your expertise will drive efficiency, ensuring that each project aligns with client objectives and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee client transition projects end-to-end
• Develop communication plans and project schedules
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in lease information
• Conduct regular updates and reviews with clients
• Support RFI and RFP responses with presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 10+ years experience in commercial lease administration
• Advanced knowledge of lease administration databases
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
