Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience (most recent position)
• 5 years of experience managing projects with budgets > $5 million
• 5 years of Agile Leadership experience
• Microsoft Dev Ops experience
• Experience with other project managers for technology integration
• Local to Lansing, Michigan area
• Previous SOM (State of Michigan) experience is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Oversee $20 million modernization project with high complexity.
• Lead project design, planning, and coordination following PMI standards.
• Manage project charter, work plans, and budget/schedule tracking.
• Establish project structure, roles, and communication plans.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies, manage scope, and negotiate resources.
• Provide technical support and handle complex application features and technical designs.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and upper management.
• Ensure alignment with quality, productivity, and consistency standards.
