In the RMT department in our main office in Hamburg or in the office in Düsseldorf, you will support your future team, among other things, by:

• Supporting the daily organization and control of operational processes
• Ensuring that all tasks in the team are carried out in a quality-oriented and KPI-compliant manner
• Recognizing process problems early and finding suitable solutions
• Creating and analyzing reports and further developing tools (e.g. cost control)
• Taking over complaint management as well as training, coaching, and mentoring in the team
• Conducting performance, talent, and goal discussions, planning assignments/leaves, and working closely with the department head and other coordinators

• You have a technical training in the field of automotive technology and/or body and paint
• You have commercial experience in the field of automotive technology, preferably in the field of body and paint
• Analysis and problem-solving skills in a speed-oriented working environment
• You exude self-confidence and are willing to learn and curious to acquire and pass on new skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Ability to recognize conflicts in the team early and solve them constructively
• Sovereign behavior in negotiations
• Ability to explain complex matters in a comprehensible way
• You can organize yourself well and always keep an overview
• Excellent communication skills in German, verbally and in writing
• Good English skills
• Sovereign handling of the MS Office package
