Ecolab is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Team Leader in Vimercate, Italy, to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, manage team schedules, and oversee customer interaction for optimal service delivery.
The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in maintenance, at least 2 years in a leadership role, and proficiency in technical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is preferred.
