Overview
This position allows for a hybrid arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the office. The position offers the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects, coordinating with multiple internal and external departments to oversee the life cycle of capital project execution.
Responsibilities- Project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management
- Ownership of all aspects of project performance, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience throughout the project life cycle
- Accountability for all phases of the project life cycle from initiation through close out
- Managing and directing the project team to ensure accountability; mentoring and coaching team members
- Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with client functional leads and stakeholders
- Leading efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget
- Supporting the reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget, and other dashboard items
- Identifying and controlling construction risk
- Recognizing, identifying, tracking, and controlling change
- Communicating and consulting with appropriate stakeholders and supervisors
- Preparing reports that present project information clearly and concisely to meet client requirements
- Analyzing issues and providing solutions to improve results

- 7+ years of experience in project management of utility, construction, engineering, or other relevant experience
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in capital project management
- Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities is critical to success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- A high school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with approximately 10-25% domestic travel
- BS in construction management, business, engineering, or similar degree
- Engineering design experience is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
- Construction/field knowledge or experience is a plus

Compensation Range: $100,019 - $152,807
