MBA Program Manager

University of Nebraska Omaha is hiring an MBA Program Manager. This role coordinates and supports the MBA program's recruitment, enrollment, and day-to-day operations, working with faculty and administrative partners to enhance program visibility and efficiency. The Manager communicates effectively with prospective and current students and contributes to initiatives for program growth and operational improvements.

• Manage recruitment, admissions, onboarding, and ongoing student support for the MBA program.
• Serve as a primary contact for prospective and current students, managing communications and coordinating recruitment events.
• Oversee daily MBA program operations including scheduling, logistics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Use CRM and student information systems for tracking engagement and program data analysis.
• Collaborate with faculty, advising, admissions, registrar, and graduate studies for integrated program delivery.
• Support special projects and initiatives that promote program growth and development.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience; MBA degree and university setting experience preferred.
• Annual salary range from $63,000 to $66,000.
• Position is full-time with a standard Monday to Friday 8am-5pm schedule and partial remote work opportunity.
• Works within the College of Business Administration and reports to faculty leadership and administrative partners.
