As a National Account Program Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our largest key customers post-sales. You'll provide leadership for all aspects of operational account management, ensuring the delivery of installation projects and service ticket portfolios. Collaborate with various departments to optimize delivery efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in the alarm industry.
- 5 years of demonstrated project management experience.
- 2 years of customer relationship management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the electronic security industry.
- Intermediate MS Office and Project skills.
- Ability to travel as required (approximately 20% to Brownsville, TX).
- Construction experience preferred.
- CSPM or PMP certification preferred.
