Our client is a leader in the energy sector with an urgent need for a hands-on Project Manager to serve as the key liaison between customers and internal project teams. This is a mission-critical role responsible for managing timelines, quality, and communication across all phases of pipeline projects. The role is remote, but the project site is located in Allentown, PA, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic location within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact between external clients and cross-functional teams (engineering, permitting, construction).
- Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, and progress reviews, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Translate client expectations into actionable work plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Oversee pipeline construction activities including ROW acquisition, permitting, QA/QC, and contractor coordination.
- Track budgets, manage change orders, and provide project reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all project activities comply with DOT/PHMSA standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or Construction Management.
- 5 years managing pipeline projects in oil & gas, with strong customer-facing experience.
- Working knowledge of PHMSA 192/195, DOT, FERC permitting, ROW acquisition, and midstream construction practices.
- Proficient in project scheduling and reporting tools (Primavera, MS Project, Excel).
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, a major plus, not required.
