Project Manager

With one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead large-scale, cross-enterprise projects in a dynamic and complex environment. Must be local to California.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large, cross-functional projects with clarity and efficiency.
Navigate complex organizational structures, creating frameworks to drive project success.
Engage and collaborate with executives and stakeholders across all levels.
Apply best practices in project management to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Requirements:

5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading enterprise-level projects.
Proven ability to manage ambiguity and create structure within complex organizations.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the California Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process.
Agile project management expertise.
Based in Sacramento, CA.
