Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Nuclear Project Manager - EPU (extended Power Uprate) - U.S. Remote eligible to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.
The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.
Location:
Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $132,200 – $220,400 annually
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive project management covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resources
- Lead project teams to ensure on-time and within-budget deliveries
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Monitor project performance and report KPIs to stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and manage changes related to project scope
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5 years project management experience
- Equivalent experience/education may be considered, including Senior Reactor Operator with 5 years project management experience
- 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects in regulated industries like energy
- Extensive EPU (Extended Power Uprate) experience
- PMP Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
