Responsibilities- Drive Brand Growth:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our award-winning Personal Empowerment and Self Growth Training courses. - Build Community & Engagement:
Cultivate and maintain strong connections with prospective clients through authentic brand storytelling. - Lead and Mentor a Driven Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of motivated professionals to achieve and exceed strategic goals. - Achieve and Exceed Growth Targets:
Take ownership of expansion goals and consistently strive to surpass expectations. - Develop and Implement Marketing Plans:
Create and execute strategic campaigns to penetrate new markets and expand reach. - Strategic Market Forecasting:
Manage marketing activities, take ownership of market trends, and stay on top of growth metrics. Systems and tools provided. - Maintain Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our training courses to effectively communicate their value proposition and brand promise. - Embrace Continuous Improvement:
Learn from challenges, adapt to business and market dynamics, and contribute to a progressive team culture.
- Minimum 6+ years of proven professional experience in a marketing leadership role, brand management, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding growth and engagement targets.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in an independent capacity.
