As a Scheduling Manager at CGS, you will guide a team of Instructional Delivery Schedulers in a remote work setting. Your responsibility includes refining scheduling policies and managing enrollment logistics for various training sessions. Collaborate closely with Virtual Instructor Supervisors and Content Managers to ensure timely and effective training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling for all instructor-led training sessions

• Mentor and manage a team of Instructional Delivery Schedulers

• Act as a primary point of contact for scheduling conflicts

• Maintain compliance documentation and training records

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding training logistics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 5+ years of experience in training program management

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Proficient in scheduling software and data analysis

• Effective communication skills

Lead the scheduling function and contribute to the success of technical training programs at CGS.
