Position: Director of Strategic Development - Hybrid Role
Drive strategic growth as the Director of Strategic Development with the Royal College Foundation. This pivotal hybrid role focuses on enhancing healthcare training and outcomes across Canada.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee the Foundation's strategic direction, focusing on donor engagement, operational efficiency, and impactful partnerships. The Director will lead development initiatives that align with organizational priorities and facilitate measurable change in healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals

• Oversee donor communications and campaign readiness

• Collaborate with volunteers to enhance fundraising strategies

• Manage operational and financial planning

• Build relationships across internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree paired with relevant training

• 10+ years in fundraising or foundation leadership

• Proven capability in major gifts and campaign leadership

• Strong leadership and negotiation skills

• Creativity in program design and problem-solving
