As the Associate Vice President of Personal Banking, you will report to the Senior Vice President and be responsible for the growth and performance of the division across Vancouver Island and surrounding regions. Your expertise will focus on retail banking strategies, driving financial results, and fostering strong relationships within the community while ensuring a high-quality member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute divisional strategies with the SVP

• Oversee annual planning and resource allocation

• Lead sales strategies to exceed financial targets

• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners

• Support effective risk and operational practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related diploma

• Minimum 7 years in financial services

• 7+ years of leadership experience

• Strong understanding of retail and lending products

• Ability to inspire and lead teams effectively
