Reporting to the VP, Operations Excellence, this role serves as a strategic integrator and extension of the VP, driving alignment, execution, and visibility across a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives. The role connects strategy to execution across operations, supply chain, engineering, and quality.

- Act as a thought partner to the VP, helping shape priorities and prepare executive communications
- Translate strategy into execution plans, milestones, and governance
- Drive leadership alignment across transformation initiatives
- Support executive reviews and operating cadence
- Lead a portfolio of high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives
- Maintain program tracking (scope, timeline, risks, outcomes)
- Drive issue escalation and resolution
- Ensure execution against time, cost, and performance goals
- Build and manage operating rhythm (monthly, quarterly reviews, KPIs)
- Implement governance and stage‑gate processes
- Enable data‑driven decision‑making and transparency
- Partner across functions to remove barriers and drive alignment
- Act as connector across global sites
- Influence without authority to maintain momentum
- Drive standardization, tools, and best practices
- Coach teams on program discipline and risk mitigation
- Institutionalize continuous improvement
- 10–12+ years in program management, strategy execution, or Chief of Staff roles; bachelor's degree preferred or local equivalent progressive leadership experience
- Experience leading large‑scale transformation programs
- Strong background in manufacturing or supply chain
- Ability to influence senior leaders
- Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with PMO systems and continuous improvement preferred
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $156,000–$234,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
