Position: Full Time Rentals Manager Position
Join us as a Rentals Manager and oversee daily operations at our physical location. Earn $45.00 hourly while leading a dedicated team and enhancing our marketing efforts.

This full-time Rentals Manager role requires 2 to 3 years of operational management experience. You will be responsible for organizing tasks, directing daily operations, and managing a team of up to 10 individuals. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing marketing strategies that elevate our services and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control all daily rental operations

• Plan and organize staff assignments effectively

• Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 employees

• Create and implement targeted marketing strategies

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of management experience required

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Must work on-site without remote work options

• Eligibility as a permanent or temporary Canadian resident
