Position: Product Leadership Role at Mimica
Transform product development at Mimica as the Head of Product, focusing on AI and automation. This remote position requires strong leadership in strategic planning and product  this foundational role, you will guide Mimica's product strategy while mentoring a team of Product Managers and Designers. Partner closely with executive leadership to define priorities, improve decision-making, and ensure customer-centric product development. You'll play a vital role in building a culture of ownership and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and define the macro-level product roadmap

• Document and communicate product strategies clearly

• Develop and mentor product team members

• Enhance the product function’s operating model

• Handle escalations and protect team focus

Requirements:

• Experience as Head of Product or similar in a scale-up

• Background in AI or technical Enterprise products

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills

• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders

• Fluent English speaker, able to convey technical ideas
