Role Summary The Director, US Meetings & Congresses is a senior strategic and operational leader within the US Corporate Strategy, Development & Operations (CSDO) organization, reporting to the Senior Director, US Inline & Business Operations. This role is accountable for the operational planning, governance, and execution excellence of Servier's US meetings and congress activities. The Director ensures that all events are delivered with consistency, high quality, and compliance, enabling Commercial and Medical teams to effectively execute their strategic objectives.
The Director will primarily collaborate with US leadership team members, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Learning and Development teams, and home office stakeholders. The successful candidate will have significant meetings, events, and congress operations planning expertise and be responsible for orchestrating high quality and impactful event outcomes.

Job Description
Candidate Profile Education and Required Skills Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CMP) preferred, or equivalent experience preferred 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech meetings, congress operations, or commercial operations Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-event operational portfolios in a highly regulated environment Deep expertise in pharmaceutical meetings and congress operations planning and execution Effective people leadership and coaching with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams Strong knowledge of HCP compliance, transparency reporting, and regulatory requirements Proven ability to translate cross-functional strategic inputs into detailed, executable operational plans Strong vendor and budget management capabilities with a focus on efficiency and value delivery Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills Ability to lead through complexity, manage competing priorities, and ensure flawless execution
Travel and Location Boston based hybrid role, reporting to the Seaport office at least 3 days per week Travel estimated at 30% - 40%

Salary Range The salary range for this role is $188-$227k. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.
