Dormont Manufacturing Co is hiring for two positions:
Coordinator and Assistant Director of Employer Relations. The roles will focus on building employer relationships and fostering job and internship opportunities for students. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree along with relevant experience, while a Master’s degree is preferred for the Assistant Director role.
The positions are campus-based with eligibility for hybrid remote work arrangements. Excellent communication and customer service skills are imperative to success in this role, as well as a strong understanding of recruiting and career development.
