• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Conduct audits of financial statements and provide detailed analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Manage journal entries and account reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Supervise payroll reconciliation and provide oversight of payroll functions without direct processing.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Dynamics GP systems to streamline accounting operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 employees, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement solutions to improve financial workflows.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Monitor compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in hybrid work arrangements, balancing in-office and remote work effectively.
