Remote Organizational Change Manager Ontario

Lead organizational change initiatives remotely in Ontario with Queen’s Office of Advancement. Utilize strong communication skills to drive engagement and adoption of change across the university community.

Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Organizational Change Manager (OCM) focuses on creating and implementing effective change management strategies. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate efforts that enhance employee engagement, support organizational readiness, and ensure successful integration of new practices, tools, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead structured change management methodologies

• Create change management strategies and communication plans

• Monitor and oversee change action plans and initiatives

• Conduct thorough investigations to identify impacted constituents

• Organize workshops to gather constituent input on change

Requirements:

• University degree in change management or related field

• Minimum five years leading complex change initiatives

• Professional designation in change management preferred

• Proven experience in strategy development and project management

• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
