Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $110-$118/hr, DOE and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
We're looking for a hands-on Program Manager to drive execution across a complex, cross-functional product environment. This role is focused on owning execution from end to end, ensuring translation and localization deliverables are release-ready while partnering across Engineering, UX, Regulatory, and external vendors. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex programs, removing roadblocks, and driving measurable outcomes, this is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end translation and localization execution from content readiness through release.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Regulatory, Localization, and vendors to drive alignment and delivery.
- Eliminate bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and improve release readiness across multiple work streams.
- Define execution processes, ownership, and translation readiness criteria.
- Track milestones, risks, and program health using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Develop reporting and visibility for leadership while proactively resolving execution gaps.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated success driving execution across multiple teams with competing priorities.
- Experience supporting engineering, software, content, or documentation workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with translation, localization, or global product delivery.
- Medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience with mobile or cloud software development.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies.
