Are you ready to lead, mentor, and drive excellence as you step into a key leadership role in conveyancing?

You will support the Head of Conveyancing, deputising as needed, delivering high‑quality legal work and guiding junior colleagues. You will help shape departmental performance and strengthen client relationships within our conveyancing team.

• Support and deputise for the Legal Director in departmental leadership.
• Deliver high‑quality conveyancing services and manage key client relationships.
• Mentor and supervise junior legal staff to achieve targets.
• Contribute to business planning and procedural development.
• Drive commercially effective, client‑focused service delivery.

• Qualified legal professional with extensive conveyancing/housing property experience and strong legal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet performance targets.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client‑care skills.
• Ability to work effective under pressure and adapt to change.

• Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on‑site café and free use of Gym facilities
• For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities
