Insurance Office of America is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor - Commercial Lines to oversee Account Team staff and ensure compliance with HR policies. This fully remote role, open to applicants across the United States, requires excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience and 3 years of leadership experience, with an understanding of P&C licensing as well as proficiency in MS Office.
Competitive salary range is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
