This full‑time remote position offers a great opportunity for career growth within Syneos Health. The Search Associate Director is responsible for planning and executing advanced search strategies for our largest clients and mentoring a team of search and biddable media specialists.

• Plan, present and own the success of search engine marketing programs across the largest clients at Syneos Health.
• Lead, mentor and train members of the search team through a professional development program.
• Develop and implement SOPs governing all aspects of best‑practice campaign development for the search department.
• Own all areas of campaign development and optimization, from keyword and copy creation to bid management and KPI reporting.
• Provide support to new business through industry analysis and search landscape estimation.
• Regularly author POVs to keep the team updated on the latest search trends and engine algorithm updates.
• Demonstrate outstanding performance in market, exceeding client expectations and KPIs through class‑leading search programs.

• 6+ years of experience leading, executing, and planning both SEM/PPC and SEO campaigns.
• Ability to put together and present integrated search strategy that includes elements of both SEO and SEM.
• Experience participating in pitches for new business and understanding how to operationalize complex asks during the RFP process.
• Experience interacting directly with clients, building relationships and ensuring campaigns are executed and reported flawlessly.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across all major search engines.
• Experience in both SEO and SEM is a must.
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data.
• Certification in AdWords, Google Analytics and Bing is strongly encouraged.
• Free to travel as‑needed to support the business.
• Experience in pharma or healthcare is required.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $120,000. Salary adjustments are based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
