Responsibilities
  • Managing sales team
  • Floor management, training and people development
  • Building a talent pool of future managers
  • Recruitment: conducting interviews, hiring and onboarding
  • Resolving customer issues and providing a positive, seamless service experience
  • Managing daily store operations; ensuring company policies and procedures are met
  • Ensuring general safety and security of stores, associates, and customers
  • Conducting daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Preparation and management of sales promotions and contests
  • Maintaining open communication with all departments within the store supporting our team of associates creating an environment of teamwork, support and collaboration
  • Liaising with the home office to share feedback and access information
  • Supporting the General Manager and other department managers
Qualifications
  • Solid leadership and people skills; leads by example
  • A genuine desire to work with and help customers and associates
  • Personal commitment to continued self‑development
  • Willingness to relocate (advantageous but not necessary)
  • Continuous, quality education and training on our products and sales techniques
